Gulf Coast ADVANCE instantiated a network that supports and studies women’s academic career trajectories, the barriers encountered, and possible ways to shift the culture of academia to more easily encourage and support long term university and college research and teaching careers. In collaboration with University of Southern Mississippi, University of Southern Alabama, and Bishop State Community College.
